On April 13, 2025, Huo Gaoyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Port Group Company, led a delegation to conduct an in-depth inspection of the EASYBIZ Milan overseas warehouse during a visit to Italy.
As an important platform supported by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and serving the expansion of Shandong’s manufacturing industry overseas, EASYBIZ Milan overseas warehouse relies on supply chain finance and big data technology to form professional warehousing service capabilities covering electromechanical, engineering machinery and other industries. Through localized distribution and inventory management, it can effectively reduce the cross-border logistics costs of Chinese enterprises by more than 30%, becoming an important node in the China-Europe supply chain.
At the Shandong Port Milan Supply Chain Logistics Symposium, the two parties further deepened their consensus on cooperation. Geng Xiewei, commercial counselor of the Chinese Consulate General in Milan, Cheng Xuan, acting president of the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and other guests attended the exchange meeting. Su Hang, chairman of EASYBIZ, said at the meeting that the company is promoting its overseas layout with the Milan overseas warehouse as the fulcrum. This year, it will continue to add 20 overseas warehouses and branches around the world to build a service network covering major trade nodes and provide full-chain service support for Shandong’s manufacturing industry to go overseas.
During the discussion, the two parties formally signed a business cooperation agreement, clarifying that they will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as sharing resources, customized marketing, and joint efforts to expand the southern European market.

Huo Gaoyuan, chairman of Shandong Port Group, pointed out that Shandong Port’s global layout of “12 professional sectors + 4 port groups” has formed a sea-land linkage advantage with the EASYBIZ overseas warehouse network. The two parties will create an efficient supply chain model of “direct port connection to overseas warehouses” for Sino-European trading companies through smart port data exchange and co-construction of cross-border logistics channels.
Cheng Xuan, acting president of the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy, said in his speech that the chamber of commerce will work with institutions such as ICBC to provide all-round support for Chinese-funded enterprises to “go global” and looks forward to deepening cooperation with EASYBIZ in cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouse operations and other fields, helping more Chinese enterprises to radiate the southern European market through Italy and achieve two-way empowerment of “bringing in” and “going out”.

After the meeting, Suhang accompanied Huo Gaoyuan and his delegation to conduct an on-site inspection of the automated sorting system, digital inventory management platform and localized customer service center of the Milan overseas warehouse. The two parties reached consensus on implementation paths on specific issues such as improving warehousing operation efficiency and the cross-border bonded stocking model.

This cooperation marks the important implementation of EASYBIZ’s strategy of “linking China and Europe and serving the world” – using overseas warehouses as a “bridgehead” and joining hands with Shandong Port Group’s port resources and comprehensive supply chain service capabilities to jointly build a new ecology for cross-border trade between China and Europe. In the future, EASYBIZ will accelerate the layout of the global trade service network, empower cross-border trade with technology, and help more Chinese manufacturing companies “go overseas.”
