Hungarian Overseas Node Completed Stock & Service Upgrade

With the integrated development of cross-border e-commerce and general trade in Central and Eastern Europe, the procurement habits of European purchasers have changed significantly. The in-stock procurement mode of “small batch, multi-batch, fast delivery” has replaced the traditional large-batch long-cycle customization, and become the mainstream demand of small and medium-sized purchasers in Europe. To better adapt to the demand changes in the European market and further strengthen the local market reception capacity, our core overseas warehouse and exhibition hall node in Budapest, Hungary, has recently completed a new round of in-stock category expansion and localized service system upgrade, comprehensively improving the service response efficiency and cooperation conversion capacity for European customers.
This upgrade is a precise optimization completed by the platform based on the demand data of the European market and customer consultation feedback in the past 6 months, focusing on three core directions: “stock expansion, experience upgrade, service efficiency improvement”. In terms of in-stock category expansion, focusing on the high-frequency procurement demand of the European market, we have added regular stock of three core categories: first, core parts of agricultural equipment produced in Weifang, adding 120 SKUs adapted to the mainstream agricultural machinery models in Europe, with a regular stock of more than 5000 pieces, covering the parts demand of sowing, harvesting and plant protection; second, food-grade commercial kitchenware produced in Binzhou, adding 30 core models fully adapted to European voltage and EU food contact material standards, including three categories: commercial ovens, refrigerators, and food processing equipment; third, CE-certified medical consumables, adding 20 regular stock products, covering two categories: medical protection and basic diagnosis and treatment consumables. At the same time, we have comprehensively optimized the product display in the exhibition hall, divided four exhibition areas of construction machinery, agricultural equipment, commercial kitchenware, building materials and home furnishing according to application scenarios, added visual display boards of product parameters and real machine operation experience areas, greatly improving the sample viewing experience of customers visiting the store.
In terms of localized service upgrade, we have completed the optimization and efficiency improvement of four major services: first, the upgrade of local distribution service, shortening the in-stock delivery cycle in core cities of Hungary from the original 48 hours to 24 hours, and improving the cross-border delivery efficiency in other CEE countries by 30%; second, the upgrade of customs clearance and compliance services, adding three value-added services: one-stop customs clearance agency, tax compliance consulting, and product certification agency, to solve the compliance problems of cross-border procurement for customers; third, the upgrade of after-sales response service, shortening the response time of on-site after-sales from the original 72 hours to 24 hours, and adding new services of equipment installation and commissioning, operation training, and free prototype trial; fourth, the upgrade of small-batch procurement service, breaking the minimum order quantity limit of traditional cross-border procurement, adding new services of bulk order consolidation and one-stop delivery of small-batch in-stock products, fully covering the needs of small and medium-sized purchasers.
Only one week after the launch of this upgrade, the customer consultation volume of our Hungarian node increased by 65%, the number of customers visiting the store to inspect samples increased by 48%, and the cooperation conversion intention increased by 40%, with a significant effect of the service upgrade. In the future, we will continue to track the demand changes in the European market, dynamically optimize the in-stock reserve categories of overseas nodes every month, and iteratively upgrade the localized service content every quarter, to provide overseas customers with more efficient, convenient and reliable localized services, and build a smoother and lower-cost overseas expansion channel for domestic suppliers.

  • Focus on European Demand, Deepen Industrial Belt & Overseas Node Coordination

Against the background of the restructuring of the global trade pattern and the continuous deepening of Sino-European economic and trade cooperation, Chinese manufacturing going overseas has entered the 2.0 era of "brand going overseas, service going overseas, localized operation" from the 1.0 era of "product going overseas". The overseas market has put forward higher requirements for the localized adaptation of products, precise demand matching, and full-link service capabilities. To better adapt to the demand changes in the European market and break the full-link barriers from the domestic production end to the overseas service end, we have continued to promote the in-depth coordination and linkage between high-quality manufacturing industrial belts in Shandong and Hungarian overseas nodes recently, to build an efficient overseas expansion system of "domestic industry supply on demand, precise reception by overseas nodes".
